2 slices bread
100g grated cheese
2-3 tbsp pickle
2tsp mixed herbs
Toast the bread on one side.
Turn it over and spread with the pickle. Then sprinkle the herbs over the top.
Cover with grated cheese.
Return to the grill.
Cut into triangles.
(If this is for a starter or party food, you may want to cut off the crusts or even up the sides first to make the shapes more uniform.)
